Hilton Law Firm, Ltd. Co., is a boutique firm specializing in real estate development, HOA management, real estate due diligence and business entity creation. The firm’s Principal Attorney, John B Hilton III, is a real estate broker, developer, property manager, and investor. As a result, the firm is able to offer the unique position of both attorney and practitioner.

Mr. Hilton attended the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business, graduating Magna Cum Laude Honors, majoring in Real Estate Development and Finance. He attended the University of South Carolina’s School of Law, graduating a member of the prestigious Order of Coif and Order of Wig and Robe, along with Cum Laude Honors in the top 5% of his class. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar and a candidate to be an Accredited Land Consultant.
