1226 Pickens Commercial Office

The project consisted of purchasing 1226 Pickens and 1620 Lady together in partnership.  The properties comprise about 10,000 sq. ft of office and .66 acres of land near the corner of Pickens and Gervais in downtown Columbia.  Hilton Land Development is majority owner, promoter and manager.  The property is held for long term investment.
