1,684 acre Lonoke Co. AR Land Deal

The project consisted of contracting to purchase 1,684 acres of irrigated farmland and hardwood bottomland off the Wattensaw bayou and remarketing this property to a local farmer for a significant profit.  The project was contracted and completed by Hilton Land Development in 2014.  The property was marketed in conjunction with White Land Company, licensed Arkansas Broker, prior to Southeastern Land Brokerage becoming licensed in Arkansas.
