Honolulu, HI Condo Remodel

The project consisted of purchasing and remodeling 454 Namahana Street, Suite 700, Honolulu, HI.  The property was purchased via sealed bid auction and was remodeled by a local contractor and sold for a significant return.  Hilton Land Development was the purchaser and Odell Barnes located the property.
