Ridge Pointe Subdivision

The project consisted of purchasing 22 fully developed lots, 37 partially developed lots which were out of permit compliance, and approximately 50 additional acres of undeveloped and unpermitted land.  Hilton Land Development was the sole principal who purchased the asset.  The lots were repositioned and sold to a local Developer who eventually sold the lots to Mungo Homes for SFR vertical construction.  The additional acreage was subdivided and sold to a neighbor for recreational/non developmental uses.  JBH Management continues to manage the Homeowners Association for the subdivision.  The project was completed in 2015.
