35 acre Greentimber Waterfowl Development

The project consisted of purchasing 35 acres in partnership for waterfowl development, specifically green timber mallard hunting.  The tract was mixed upland hardwoods, with a portion of bottom land hardwood.  We cleared approximately 5 acres for a rice field, and leveed the entire tract.  Hilton Land Development put the deal together and assigned its contract to the later formed partnership.  The tract is held for long term investment and recreational use.  The farm is known as Boggy Creek.
