The project consisted of purchasing and remodeling 10891 Fairmont Village Dr, Wellington, FL 33449. This property was a first class project consisting of marble tiles, an enclosed swimming pool and located in the desirable Wycliff Country Club in the subburbs of West Palm Beach, FL.  The property was purchased via sealed bid auction and was remodeled by a local contractor and sold for a significant return. Hilton Land Development was the purchaser in partnership with OMNI Group, Inc., and Odell Barnes located the property.  The property was marketed and sold by Ruby Teich, P.A., and the project was completed in 2023, sold for $655,000.
