Village at Lake Shores Subdivision

The project consisting of contracting to purchase $2.9mm+ in non-performing secured debt, which consisted of the remainder of Village at Lake Shores Subdivision, its common area and undeveloped additional lands.  There were a variety of issues ranging from permitting to HOA management.  Hilton Land Development was a principal in partnership.  The project was organized with due diligence performed by Hilton Law Firm and the contract to purchase the debt was ultimately assigned to a local Developer for long term holding until the market continued to repair.  This project was completed in 2013.
