Sweetfarm Subdivision

The project consisted of purchasing 30 fully developed lots in Belton, SC, Anderson County.  The project had minor issues related to marketability due to the continued soft market from the 2008 housing crash.  Hilton Land Development purchased these lots in partnership and eventually repositioned and sold the lots to a local developer for eventual sale for vertical construction.  The project was completed in 2014.
