Sumter County FTC Cell Tower Lease

The project consists of ground leasing approximately 2 acres to Farmers Telephone Co. for construction of a cell phone tower.  The lease is a multi-term extension 10 year term lease, with annual increases.  Hilton Land Development is the Lessor.  The project was initiated in 2021 and is ongoing.
