Ragland, AL SFR flip

The project consisted of purchasing and remodeling 390 Old Macedonia Rd in Ragland, AL. The property was purchased via sealed bid auction and was remodeled by a local contractor and sold for a significant return. The property was not without excitement and required the services of two different local lawyers to handle issues related to possession and clear title, one of which deceased during the process.  Hilton Land Development was the purchaser and Odell Barnes located the property.  The property was purchased for $28k and after a medium remodel sold for $175k.
