Patriot Parkway Subdivide

The project consisted of purchasing 12 acres along Patriot Parkway in Sumter, SC and subdividing it into six 1 acre lots and two larger lots of 2+ and 3+ acres.  The property had title problems and required a quiet title action, which is what ultimately enabled Hilton Land Development to have the opportunity to purchase the property.  Hilton Law Firm performed the quiet title and other development legal work.  The lots were approved for subdivide and permitted for water and septic and sold to Gainey Construction for vertical SFR construction. The project was completed in 2021.
