Oakland Phase I Subdivision

The project consisted of extended a sewer main for this phase and Oakland Phase II, developing and selling 9 residential lots, located on Oakland Ave in Sumter County, SC.  Hilton Land Development obtained all construction permits.  The late Richard Burns, P.E. was the design engineer and the late Tommy Watts was the site contractor.  Hilton and Company, now Southeastern Real Estate Group marketed the houses constructed by Jimmy Carolina of Carolina Construction.  This project started in uncertain economic times in October 2008 and was completed and sold out in December 2010.
