Lenoir, NC SFR Package

The project consisted of purchasing 2 houses in Lenoir, NC which were held in a local rental portfolio. The property was purchased from a local real estate wholesaler. The houses were held in rental inventory until they became vacant and were sold as individual transactions to local investors. Hilton Land Development was the purchaser.
