Lake Greenwood Tract

The project consisted of purchasing 14 acres in Harborside Subdivision on Lake Greenwood.  The tract had shared lake and dock access and boasted beautiful hardwoods.  The property was held and resold for a reasonable return.  Hilton Land Development purchased the property in partnership with Howard Boyd II, a preferred partner and long time friend.
