Indigo Place Subdivision

The project consisted of purchasing 22 lots in Indigo Place Subdivision and 5 lots in Estates at Indigo Subdivision and completing punch list development items to obtain final release of the neighborhood from its stormwater management permit and satisfying various other compliance issues with Lexington County.   The lots were ultimately re-permitted for construction and the lots were repositioned and sold to a local developer for re-sale to a construction company.   Hilton Land Development purchased these lots in partnership as a principal and Hilton Law Firm handled all the development legal and permitting matters.
