HB Holdings SFR Package

The project consisted of purchasing 7 houses in a package located across the United States.  Properties were in MD, MI, MO, MS, OH, OK, and PA.  The properties were sold on installment sales contracts and after seasoning of the notes, the notes were sold for cash.  The project produced a very strong return.  Hilton Land Development purchased the properties in partnership and was the promoter and manager.
