Goody's Building Commercial Retail Project

The project consisted of purchasing approximately 17,000 Sq. Ft. of vacant retail space originally built for a Goody's free standing facility.  The project was sold via auction and purchased in partnership between The Hilton Group and Woodlief, Inc, via Hilton and Woodlief, LLC.  The property was repositioned and remarketed and sold to a climate controlled storage facility developer.  The project was completed in 2021.  The project was located by Odell Barnes.
