Goffman Road Subdivision

The project consisted of purchasing 25+ acres on Goffman road in Richland Co., SC.  The property was subdivided into 10 lots and the lots were sold on lease with option to purchase contracts to individual purchasers after water and septic tank approvals were obtained.  The property was purchased by Hilton Land Development in partnership with OMNI Group, Inc., one of its preferred partners.  The project was started in 2023 and is ongoing.
