The project consisted of purchasing and remodeling 20166 Orleans Street, Detroit, MI. The property was purchased via sealed bid auction and was stabilized by a local contractor and sold for a significant return. Hilton Land Development was the purchaser and Odell Barnes located the property.  The project was completed in 2023.
