Crisfield, MD Marina Project

The project consisted of purchasing and remodeling a 39 Boat slip marina in the desirable Crisfield, MD community. The property was purchased via sealed bid auction and was remodeled by a local contractor and sold for a significant return. Hilton Land Development purchased the site in partnership with Odell Barnes, who located the property.
