Conroe, TX House/Land Deal

The project consisted of purchasing 16873 Springfield Drive in Conroe TX, which consisted of a dilapidated house and 3 residential lots. The property was purchased via sealed bid auction and was sold to a local builder for new SFR construction for a significant return. Hilton Land Development was the purchaser and Odell Barnes located the property.
