Columbia, SC SFR House Package

The project consisted of purchasing three properties located in the two notch area of Richland County, SC.  The properties were purchased off market through a local real estate agent.  Hilton Land Development was the purchaser and the properties were held in rental inventory until they became vacant and were sold as individual properties to local investors for a significant return.  The project was completed in 2023.
