Colony Road Subdivide

The project consisted of purchasing 80 acres on Colony Road in Sumter Co., SC which was platted as 22 lots with 3 additional acreage tracts.  Hilton Land Development purchased the site in partnership, but was the project manager.  Some of the lots were cleared, interior recreational roads were constructed and septic tank permits were obtained.  The acreage and lots were sold in various combinations.  The project was started and completed in 2012 with a strong return for Hilton Land Development and its investor.
