The project consisted of purchasing and remodeling1872 S. Milard Ave, Chicago, IL. The property was purchased via sealed bid auction and was remodeled by a local contractor and sold for a significant return. Hilton Land Development was the purchaser and Odell Barnes located the property.  The project was completed in 2020.
