Calumet City Condo Flip

The project consisted of purchasing and remodeling 500 Park Ave, Unit #338, Calumet City, IL, home of the infamous 'Blue Brothers', and a suburb to Chicago. The property was purchased via sealed bid auction and was remodeled by a local contractor and sold for a significant return. Hilton Land Development was the purchaser and Odell Barnes located the property.
