Browders Creek Subdivision

This project consisted of purchasing, permitting and repositioning 25 SFR subdivision lots located off Fish Hatchery Road in Lexington County, SC.  Hilton Land Development was a principal, working to obtain NPDES, water, sewer and land disturbance permits before successfully selling the project for a significant profit to a construction company for future development.
