Ben Franklin Road Subdivide

The project consisted of purchasing 9 large acreage lots in Lexington County, obtaining approval for water and septic, and marketing and selling the lots to end users.  Hilton Land Development was the purchaser and Southeastern Land Brokerage marketed the property.  The project was completed in 2021.
