Barnette Drive Commercial Office

The project consisted of purchasing 19 Barnette Drive in Sumter, SC.  The property was a duplex office building, one side was rented and one side was used as the original offices for The Hilton Group, originally named Hilton and Company.  The property was held for 15 years and eventually sold.  The property was purchased in partnership between John Hilton III and his loving father, John Hilton Jr.
