Ames Manor Apartments

The project consisted of taking over management of Ames Manor Apartments in Columbia, SC.  The project was managed for several years.  The property consisted of condominium buildings with the units being rented within.  Southeastern Real Estate Group managed the building association.  Southeastern located a purchaser for all the buildings and completed the brokerage transaction to the satisfaction of all the owners.
