Albany, GA SFR Package

The project consisted of purchasing 3 houses in Albany, GA which were held in a rental portfolio. The property was purchased online auction.  The houses were held in rental inventory until they became vacant and were sold as individual transactions to local investors. Hilton Land Development was the purchaser and Odell Barnes located the package.
