80 ac Land Deal Richland Co, SC

The project consisted of purchasing 80 acres in the Hopkins community of Richland County.  The tract was upland pine land with some creek bottomland.  Roads were constructed to allow better maneuverability and marketability.  The tract was remarketed by Southeastern Land Brokerage and sold for a very strong return.  Hilton Land Development was the purchaser.  The project was completed in 2020.
