63 acres Holly Grove, AR Land Deal

The project consists of purchasing 60 acres in Monroe County Arkansas and developing it for waterfowl use and hunting.  The tract consists of approximately 36 acres of irrigated cropland and the balance in hardwood bottoms and sloughs.  Approximately 1 mile of internal levee was constructed to allow for seasonal flooding after crop maturity.  The property was purchased by Hilton Land Development in partnership with Tom price, a preferred investor and lifelong friend for long term investment and recreational use in 2024.
