48 acre Sumter Co long term land investment

The project consists of purchasing 48 acres in Sumter County near the intersection of Saint Paul and Cane Savannah Roads.  The property was purchased by Hilton Land Development and is held for long term investment.  The property consists of timberland and about 6 acres of cultivated ag land used for wildlife food plots.  The property was purchased in 2021.
