42 acres Monroe County, AR Land Deal

The project consists of purchasing 42 acres of raw undeveloped land and developing it for waterfowl production.  The property consists of approximately 10 acres of cultivated rice ground and the balance in bottomland hardwood.  The tract has over 2 miles of internal levees and has been exceptionally productive for waterfowl use and harvesting.  The property was purchased in partnership between Hilton Land Development and Tom Price, a preferred partner and lifelong friend for long term investment and recreational enjoyment.
