40 acres Monroe County Land Deal

The project consisted of purchasing 40 acres adjacent to the Boggy Creek farm in Monroe County.  The tract was purchased in partnership with Dr. Clay Lowder.  The Hilton Group put the deal together and oversaw the development, consisting of building approximately 1 mile of levee and water control structures.  The tract is held for long term investment and recreational use.  The farm is known as Ducking Around.
