40 acres Cotton Plant, AR Land Deal

The project consisted of purchasing 40 acres near the Cache River NWR in Cotton Plant, AR and repositioning it for resale to a local recreational user for a strong profit.  The property consisted of 25 acres of irrigated farmland and 15 acres of bottomland hardwood.   Hilton Land Development was the sole purchaser and worked with JD Excavating on site work related to the resale. The project was completed in 2024.
