Ft. of commercial office in Sumter, SC for use as our Sumter office location and the primary location for JBH Management.  The property was built by the late Richard Burns, PE and has strong aesthetic features including exposed beams and vaulted ceilings.  The property is held for long term investment and rental income.  Hilton Land Development is the sole owner.
