206 acre Clarendon Co Land Deal

The project consisted of purchasing 206 acres in Clarendon County, SC and performing various improvements.  The property was acquired for $400 per acre and was repositioned through the construction of a duck pond, internal roads, and controlled burns.  The property was ultimately sold for a significant return.  The property was purchased in partnership between Hilton Land Development and OMNI Group, Inc., one of its preferred partners.
