20 ac Land Deal Monroe Co, AR

The project consisted of purchasing 20 acres in Monroe Co. Arkansas and remarketing it for sale.  The tract had no access or parking, both of which were negotiated and acquired from neighboring landowners.  The tract consisted of 3 acres of openland and the balance in hardwood bottomland.  Hilton Land Development was the purchaser and the property was sold for a reasonable return.  The property was part of the Boggy Creek purchase and was required to facilitate that transaction.  The tract was marketed by Southeastern Land Brokerage.
