1224 Pickens Commercial Office

The project consisted of purchasing 5500 Sq.Ft. of commercial office in downtown Columbia to use as our main office and to rent the remaining portion of the building.  The property is owned by Cane Savannah Holdings, a subsidiary of The Hilton Group, which is the sold shareholder of the company.  The property is held for long term investment and cash flow.  The project was started in 2014 and is ongoing.
