1,174 acre Lee Co., Virginia land deal

The project consisted of purchasing 1,174 acres in Lee County, Virginia and repositioning the property through updated timber evaluations and a new marketing approach for a quick resale and very strong profit.  Hilton Land Development was the primary principal but worked in partnership with Mitch Gurganus for a successful transaction.  The project was completed in 2012.
