Mr. Nelson is the Managing Broker and Partner of Southeastern Land Brokerage as well as the Principal investor of H & N Real Estate Investments. Not only is he licensed to sell land in South Carolina, but also North Carolina and Georgia as well. One of his many accomplishments is that he has managed over 25 million dollars of raw land projects.

Mr. Nelson graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts specializing in Economics. He graduated with honors and an Advanced Studies Degree from Hargrave Military Academy in Chatham, VA.  He was also the winner of the Presidents Cup as well as awarded The General Douglas MacArthur Award for excellence in academia, military performance and athletic achievement.

Mr. Nelson spends his free time volunteering with the Delta Waterfowl Foundation as well as the Ray Tanner Foundation and Habitat for Humanity. He is a Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout recipient, the highest honor one can receive in the organization.

Mr. Nelson is an avid outdoors man and a follower of Jesus Christ.
